Hi, I’m Lynsey — a virtual assistant with a background in getting things done.
I’ve spent over 20 years working in education, including 15 years as a senior leader and 6 years as a Headteacher - leading a busy school, managing people, strategy, systems, and no end of spinning plates! Running a school is running a business, and through it all, I developed a deep well of organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills (plus a love of a good spreadsheet!) After years of juggling deadlines and decisions, I reached a point where I needed to step away from the overwhelm and find a new challenge. Now, I support busy business owners who are right where I used to be — overloaded and stretched too thin — to get back in control of their time and focus on the bigger picture. I understand the pressure you’re under, because I’ve lived it.

My World Beyond Work!
Outside of supporting businesses, I'm a proud Mum to an ageing (but still characterful!) cocker spaniel who enjoys a gentler pace these days. I share life with my husband, and when I’m not working, you’ll often find me out running, soaking up the atmosphere at concerts and festivals, or simply enjoying quality time with friends and family. I have a real love for nature and make the most of living within reach of the coast — the beaches of West Wales, especially Tenby, hold a special place in my heart for a good walk and some sea air.
